• Guided meditations and powerful, simple ritual created to empower
you to receive the gifts of the past year and to welcome in the new.

• Gentle yoga, conscious breathing and movement, restorative
rest/relaxation, and meditation will help open your heart and mind to
your inner wisdom and vision.

Relax, recharge, refocus, and experience the powerful healing and
transformation that comes from exploring and embodying your own
personal evolution. All are welcome; no prior experience is necessary.
